Yes. Most clients are seen virtually from the comfort of their own home, using a secure video platform. In-person presentations and sessions are also available throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The first session is about getting to know you. Together we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and start shaping goals that reflect your values — at a pace that feels safe.

Treatment integrates proven, evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT and TF-CBT. Rather than applying one model to everyone, interventions are selected and tailored to your goals, history and strengths.

There is no one-size-fits-all timeline. The length and frequency of counseling depend on your individual needs, goals, circumstances, and progress. We can regularly evaluate your goals together and adjust the approach as needed.

That is completely okay. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning counseling. We can start by discussing what has been happening in your life, what feels difficult right now, and what you hope might change.
