My Therapy Philosophy
Healing begins with connection.
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore new perspectives, and supported enough to take meaningful steps toward growth.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I take a whole-person approach that considers your thoughts, emotions, relationships, life experiences, cultural background, strengths, and personal values. Together, we'll identify what's working, what's getting in the way, and develop practical strategies that help you move toward the life you want to create.
Progress isn't measured by perfection. It's measured by greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, increased resilience, and renewed hope.
My Therapeutic Approach
Because every client is unique, I tailor treatment to your individual needs rather than relying on a single therapy model.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Motivational Interviewing
Mindfulness-Based Interventions
Family Systems Therapy
Strengths-Based Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy
Psychoeducation
When requested by the client, I also offer faith-sensitive counseling that respectfully integrates spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process. This approach is always guided by your preferences and is never assumed or imposed.
