Healing the Broken Pieces. Restoring Hope. Renewing Lives
Life can be overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, reaching out for support takes courage. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone.
My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for resilience. Therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about helping you better understand yourself, overcome obstacles, and create a life that aligns with your values, goals, and hopes for the future.

— Questions
Before you reach out
Still unsure?
If your question isn't answered here, send a short message. You'll get a clear, human reply — not a sales pitch.
-
Yes. Most clients are seen virtually from the comfort of their own home, using a secure video platform. In-person presentations and sessions are also available throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
-
The first session is about getting to know you. Together we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and start shaping goals that reflect your values — at a pace that feels safe.
-
Treatment integrates proven, evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT and TF-CBT. Rather than applying one model to everyone, interventions are selected and tailored to your goals, history and strengths.
-
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling. If you are experiencing challenges, feeling stuck, navigating a major life transition, or simply want support as you work toward personal growth, counseling may be a helpful next step.
-
I believe effective counseling begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and understanding. I combine clinical expertise with genuine compassion and work alongside you rather than simply telling you what to do. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward.
-
No. Counseling should be a space where you can speak openly and honestly. I strive to create a welcoming, respectful environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and concerns without fear of judgment.
-
There is no one-size-fits-all timeline. The length and frequency of counseling depend on your individual needs, goals, circumstances, and progress. We can regularly evaluate your goals together and adjust the approach as needed.
-
That is completely okay. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning counseling. We can start by discussing what has been happening in your life, what feels difficult right now, and what you hope might change.
